And now the end is near             지금 종말이 가까와 오고 
So I face the final curtain         나는 마지막 커튼이 내려지는 것을 보고 있어요
My friend, I"ll say it clear        나의 친구, 나는 분명히 말할 거예요
I"ll state my case                  나는 내가 확신하는 소신대로
of which I"m certain                말할 겁니다.

I"ve lived a life that"s full       나는 풍요로운 삶을 살았어요
I"ve traveled each and every highway전국 방방곡곡을 여행하였죠
And more, much more than this       그리고 보다 더 중요한 것은
I did it my way                     나는 내 방식대로 살았어요.

Regrets, I"ve had a few             후회, 조금은 했지요
But then again, too few to mention  하지만 그리 많지는 않아요
I did what I had to do              나는 내가 해야 할 것을 했을 뿐이예요
And saw it through without exception그리고 예외없이 끝까지 해 냈어요

I planned each charted course       나는 진로를 체계적으로 구상하고
Each careful step along the byway   정해진 대로 구체적인 단계를 계획했어요
Oh, and more, much more than this   오, 그리고 보다 더 중요한 것은
I did it my way                     나는 내 방식대로 살았어요.

Yes, there were times,              예, 여러번 있었죠,
I"m sure you know                   당신도 알 겁니다
When I bit off more than            내가 씹을 수 있는 것보다
I could chew                        더 많은 것을 문 때가
But through it all                  하지만 항상
when there was doubt                의심이 생기면
I ate it up and spit it out         먹고 나서 뱉어 버렸어요
I faced it all and I stood tall     나는 정면으로 대응을 하고 준비를 했죠
And did it my way                   그리고 내 방식대로 살았어요

I"ve loved, I"ve laughed and cried  나는 사랑을 했고, 웃고 울었어요
I"ve had my fails,                  나는 실패도 하고
my share of losing                  내 몫의 손실도 입었어요
And now as tears subside            그리고 이제 눈물은 씻겨지고
I find it all so amusing            나는 그런 것이 모두 즐거운 것임을 알아요
To think I did all that             내가 한 것을 생각해 본다면
And may I say, not in a shy way     말할 수도 있을까요, 부끄럽지 않게 했다고

I did it my way                     나는 내 방식대로 살았어요

For what is a man,                  무엇을 위해 인간은 존재하나요,
what has he got                     무엇을 그는 갖고 있나요
If not himself,                     만일 자기 자신을 지키지 못하면
then he has not                     그는 아무것도 가진 것이 없어요
To say the things he truly feels    진실로 느끼는 것을 말하고
And not the words he would reveal   폭로하는 말을 해서는 안돼요
The record shows I took the blows   기록을 보면 나는 시련을 겪었지만
And did it my way                   내 방식대로 살았어요
Yes, it was my way                  예, 그것은 내 방식이었어요
